Embassy REIT declares distribution of Rs 613 crore to traders in December quarter

Actual property firm Embassy Workplace Parks REIT introduced a distribution of Rs 613 million to unitholders for the quarter ended December on the again of improved income.

He stated the corporate is concentrated on buying high-quality, revenue-accelerating property that strengthen its portfolio and create long-term worth.

Embassy REIT owns and operates a portfolio of over 50 million sq. ft of workplace area throughout main markets in India, together with Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Nationwide Capital Area (NCR) and Chennai.
