Allegations of company governance lapses, questionable monetary transactions and improper disclosures have surfaced at Chowgule Steamships Restricted (CSL), with promoter shareholder Ms. Sheila Yeshwantrao Chowgule detailing a sample of fraud and resistance from administration on the firm.
