Based on the wholesale knowledge launched, the passenger automobile (PV) sector recorded wholesale gross sales of 412,000 items within the home market, a rise of 18.7% year-on-year, two-wheelers recorded wholesale gross sales of 1,944,000 items, a rise of 21.2% year-on-year, and the three-wheeler sector recorded wholesale gross sales of 72,000 items, a rise of 21.3% in comparison with November 2024. The Society of Indian Car Producers (SIAM) made the announcement on Friday (December 12, 2025).
Rajesh Menon, Director Common, SIAM, stated, “Supported by festive demand and the federal government’s progressive GST 2.0 reforms, the Indian vehicle business continued its gross sales momentum in November 2025. Passenger vehicles, two-wheelers and three-wheelers recorded their highest ever gross sales for November 2025.”
“The business stays optimistic that this progress trajectory will proceed via 2026 with continued supportive coverage reforms and bettering market sentiment,” he added.
Based on SIAM, the whole manufacturing of passenger vehicles, three-wheelers, two-wheelers, and four-wheelers in November 2025 was 2,943,456 items.
